Ms. Jennifer Davis is currently a Partner of OSC Leadership Performance. Jennifer’s extensive training and experience in the fields of clinical and positive psychology, coaching and transformational change, provides a unique framework understanding how to transcend limiting mindsets and behaviours into thoughtful action at the individual, team and organizational level. She is a licensed psychotherapist, having received a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Chapel Hill (USA); a leadership coach with certifications by The Coaches Training Institute and Duke Integrative Health Coaching.
Jennifer has spent most of her career working in multicultural, multistakeholder, complex organizations. In her early career she focused on transformation, innovation and leadership development in the healthcare sector. She spent 11 years at Duke University Health Systems working on the ground as a clinician and at the leadership level to create new systems of care, more effective governance, and bringing coaching into healthcare. She has spent the last 12 years in Asia expanding her industry impact, while maintaining a passion for both academia and healthcare. For 7 years, Jennifer was the Director of Personal and Professional Leadership at Duke-NUS Medical School, where she worked closely with medical students and physician leaders across the SingHealth system to develop individuals and teams. She continues to co-lead a year-long course at Duke-NUS training medical students in Emotional Intelligence, effective teamwork and adaptive resilience for optimal performance.
